Jenny Inglish

CEO / OWNER

Jenny Inglish is the CEO of Plane Inglish and an industry-recognized leader in Operational Readiness and Airport Transition (ORAT), with 30 years of aviation experience. She specializes in guiding airport programs from planning and design through construction and activation, ensuring facilities, systems, and stakeholders are fully prepared for day-one operations. Jenny has extensive experience in airport operations, capital program delivery, and stakeholder coordination, supporting complex terminal developments and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Jenny is known for her leadership in developing operational strategies, training programs, and change management approaches that ensure successful project outcomes. She brings a strong focus on collaboration, aligning airport operators, airlines, and project teams to deliver operationally successful facilities. With a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and deep operational expertise, she consistently drives projects toward operational excellence, ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable performance beyond opening day.

Rob Coan

SENIOR ORAT DIRECTOR

Rob Coan is an ORAT Director with more than 30 years of aviation industry experience, specializing in airport systems, operational planning, and design integration across complex airport programs. His expertise spans terminal and airfield operations, aircraft ground support systems, and baggage handling systems, with experience supporting projects at major airports worldwide. Rob brings a deep understanding of airport infrastructure and operational processes, ensuring that design solutions are aligned with real-world operational requirements from early planning through implementation.

Rob is recognized for his ability to bridge technical design and operational readiness, supporting multidisciplinary teams through design coordination, system validation, and operational integration. He has extensive experience in baggage handling system design and commissioning, aircraft operations modeling, and ramp planning, allowing him to identify risks and optimize performance across complex systems. With a practical and solutions-oriented approach, Rob plays a key role in ensuring airport facilities and systems are fully functional, efficient, and ready to support safe and seamless operations on day one and beyond.

Rob’s experience includes work at over 260 airports including ATL, DFW, JFK, DEN, LAX, IAH, and others.

Andrew Basore

SENIOR ORAT DIRECTOR

Andrew Basore is an ORAT Director with more than 15 years of experience leading operational readiness, activation, and transition efforts for complex airport and infrastructure programs. He specializes in developing ORAT strategies, managing large stakeholder groups, and leading multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the ORAT lifecycle, from early planning and design coordination through training, trials, and operational handover. His experience includes supporting large-scale terminal development programs and implementing structured frameworks to drive consistency and performance.

Andrew combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, bringing expertise in stakeholder engagement, change management, and training program development. He has successfully led large, distributed teams and supported system-wide operational changes, ensuring alignment between operational requirements and project delivery. Known for his ability to translate complex challenges into structured, actionable solutions, Andrew consistently delivers programs that reduce operational risk and support seamless, efficient facility activation.

Michael Powers

ORAT DIRECTOR

Michael Powers is a seasoned aviation professional and ORAT leader with nearly 30 years of experience in airport operations, project management, and operational readiness. He specializes in airfield and terminal operations, standard operating procedure development, and ensuring operational requirements are fully integrated into capital programs. His experience includes leading complex airport projects, coordinating multi-agency stakeholders, and managing operational impacts throughout design, construction, and activation phases.

Michael is known for his strong operational expertise and ability to lead teams through complex transitions while maintaining safety, compliance, and efficiency. He has extensive experience developing SOPs, training programs, and operational plans that prepare stakeholders for new and renovated facilities. With a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, Michael effectively aligns airport operators, airlines, and project teams to deliver seamless transitions and successful day-one operations.

Michael’s experience includes ATL, MDW, HOU, and IAH.

Victoria Torolero

ORAT MANAGER

Victoria Tortolero is an ORAT Manager with more than 20 years of aviation experience across airport operations, customer experience, and operational readiness for complex capital programs. She specializes in stakeholder engagement, operational planning, and ensuring the passenger journey and operational requirements are fully integrated into design and implementation. Her experience spans large-scale terminal modernization programs, where she has supported design coordination, operational preparedness, and readiness planning across multiple project phases.

Victoria brings a strong focus on operational execution, supporting the development of training programs, stakeholder coordination, and transition planning to prepare teams and facilities for activation. Known for her collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills, she effectively aligns diverse stakeholder groups and translates operational needs into actionable solutions. Her background in airport operations, regulatory compliance, and emergency management enables her to support safe, efficient, and passenger-focused day-one operations.

Dana Growden

ORAT MANAGER

Dana Growden is an ORAT Manager with over 45 years of experience supporting airport terminal facilities and operational readiness initiatives across complex aviation programs. He brings a strong background in both airport and airline operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of day-to-day operational demands and the practical considerations required to deliver successful facility activations. Dana specializes in coordinating activation working groups, aligning operational requirements with design intent, and supporting the delivery of key ORAT components, including SOPs, contingency plans, and activation readiness tools. Dana has been instrumental in supporting terminal openings and improvements through hands-on involvement in stakeholder engagement, operational planning, and readiness activities.

Dana is highly skilled in facilitating workshops, trials, simulations, and training programs that are critical to successful airport activation. He works closely with airlines, regulatory agencies, contractors, and airport stakeholders to ensure alignment and minimize operational risk during transitions. With a strong foundation in airport operations and a solutions-oriented approach, Dana consistently supports smooth, efficient transitions from construction to fully operational facilities.

Megan Stahlecker

Megan has led cross-functional teams and enterprise training initiatives, delivering programs that support thousands of employees and ensure readiness for evolving operational demands.

Andrew Kurish is an ORAT Specialist with a strong foundation in airport operations, stakeholder coordination, and customer-focused service delivery. His experience spans aviation, government, and healthcare environments, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of operational processes, program coordination, and stakeholder engagement. At Denver International Airport, Andrew supported ORAT efforts across multiple projects, contributing to workflow development, documentation, and coordination activities that support planning, design, construction, and project closeout.

Andrew brings a proactive and collaborative approach to operational readiness, with experience supporting stakeholder engagement, developing operational documentation, and assisting with the coordination of project requirements. His background in customer-facing and operational roles, combined with his attention to detail and focus on continuous improvement, enables him to effectively support teams in delivering organized, well-coordinated, and customer-focused project outcomes.
