United Airlines - DEN Onsite Clinic
Denver International Airport (DEN)
Denver, Colorado
The United Airlines Onsite Clinic at Denver International Airport (DEN) is a purpose-built healthcare facility designed to support the health, safety, and well-being of United’s growing workforce at its Denver hub. Opened in September 2024 and operated in partnership with Premise Health, the clinic provides no-cost medical services to employees, offering convenient access to care for a highly mobile workforce within the airport environment. Located on-site at DEN, the facility represents a strategic investment in employee wellness, improving access to care while reducing time away from work and enhancing overall workforce resilience.
Plane Inglish provided ORAT services to support the operational readiness and activation of this non-traditional airport facility, requiring coordination across healthcare providers, airport operations, security, and emergency response agencies. The team worked closely with stakeholders to establish operational workflows, compliance protocols, and safety procedures specific to both healthcare and aviation environments. Through structured training, stakeholder alignment, and operational activation planning, the ORAT effort ensured the clinic was fully prepared for day-one operations, delivering a seamless integration into the airport ecosystem.
