Located within the Concourse A-West expansion between Gates A18 and A20, the approximately 35,000-square-foot lounge represents a significant investment in United’s fastest-growing hub and completes the airline’s Polaris lounge network across major U.S. gateways. The lounge is designed to support increasing premium passenger demand and includes elevated amenities such as multiple dining venues, private rest areas, spa and shower facilities, full-service bars, and dedicated workspaces, delivering a high-end, hospitality-driven environment aligned with United’s premium brand.
Plane Inglish is providing ORAT advisory services focused on design-phase readiness and operational integration, ensuring that complex service and operational requirements are embedded early and carried through the design and delivery process. The team is coordinating closely with airline operations, hospitality partners, airport stakeholders, and project teams to align workflows, staffing concepts, and service delivery expectations.
