George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH)

The Terminal B Transformation at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is a landmark redevelopment program that reimagines one of the airport’s original terminals into a modern, high-capacity hub facility. The program includes more than 440,000 square feet of expansion and renovation, along with the development of a new central processor for ticketing, security, and baggage claim, and the addition of new concourses and gates to support future growth. Designed to serve up to 36 million passengers annually, the transformation enhances passenger flow, expands capacity, and introduces advanced systems and amenities to create a seamless, intuitive travel experience. 

Operating in an active airport environment, Plane Inglish is delivering full-lifecycle ORAT services from design through activation, coordinating stakeholders across airline operations, airport teams, and regulatory agencies. The team has developed operational frameworks, SOPs, and contingency plans while leading training, familiarization, and operational activation efforts. This approach ensures operational continuity throughout construction and positions the new terminal for a seamless transition
