Port of Seattle (SEA)

The SEA Concourse C Expansion is a transformative vertical expansion at Seattle–Tacoma International Airport, increasing the facility from approximately 81,000 SF to more than 226,000 SF through the addition of four new levels. The expansion enhances passenger capacity and experience with new dining and retail offerings, a 20,000+ SF Alaska Airlines Lounge, interfaith prayer and nursing rooms, and additional office space for airport partners. At its core is the “Tree at C,” a multi-level marketplace and gathering space featuring airfield views, natural light, and a design inspired by the Pacific Northwest.

Our team provided program-level ORAT coordination, aligning airport stakeholders, airlines, TSA, and tenants to ensure operational readiness while maintaining continuous airport operations. With construction occurring over an active concourse, our approach focused on integrating operational requirements into design, managing phased impacts, and preparing a wide range of facilities, including concessions, lounges, and support spaces, for seamless activation. This effort supported a smooth transition from construction to operations in advance of major milestones, including the 2026 World Cup.
